Stamp of the Month Card #2

This card is AMAZING with all it's details.  The beautiful blue emblem is created using an iron heat technique and Create-a-Shade Pearl Paint (Z1039) to add the shimmery affect.  Then stamping the background and side flourishes.  Pemberley paper packet (X7148B) pattern paper with added Mocha Opaques Adhesive Gems (Z1333) to complete the look.
