October Stamp of the Month Card #4

This card has it all - talk about details.  The beautiful coordinated colors are from the Roxie Level 2 Paper Packet (X7140B)  Darlys says that she cut a single stamped tree shape to make the four pennants then matted them with black cardstock.  Black Waxy Flax (Z1089) strings the pennants and ties on the cute Celebrate tag.  Notice the scallop cut edge of the card?
